Master Stroke 3 – Social Justice

  • If India is unable to progress at its potential rate, it is because of the social injustices that continue to plague the minds of its citizens. Tamilnadu faced this challenge head on to give its people an equally harmonious life.
  • Tamilnadu noted that the oppressed communities have missed out a lot of welfare schemes and development due to caste bias. To correct this, Tamilnadu structured the educational system to give preference to oppressed communities, built the medical system to give the lower economic strata the same benefits that the upper strata receive. This is how Tami Nadu achieved an impressively inclusive growth.
  • Further, Tamilnadu identified the need for shifting of numbers from blue collar jobs to white collar jobs. This is how Tamilnadu is setting an example to the rest of the country, in establishing Social Justice.
