These Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) describe the terms under which DreamTamil Nadu (“DreamTN” “Us”, “We”, “Our”) will process the refunds in the event of any cancellation of the DreamTN events (“Events”) by an individual or entity, who register to Our events (“You”, “Your”, “Yourself”). 

This Policy applies to all individuals or entities, who have registered to Our Events. This document explains the cancellation rights available to You and how the refund will be processed. 

You and Us will be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by You: In the event, You prefer to cancel the registration for the Event, You must email Us a written cancellation request to the details along with the registration confirmation email as set forth in Contact Us. 100% of the event registration fee will be refunded for requests that are raised 24 hours prior to the event start date & time. 

Cancellation by Us due to unforeseen circumstances: In the event of any unforeseen circumstances such as fire, storm, flood, earthquake, explosion, accident, war, rebellion, insurrection, transportation embargoes, inability to secure raw materials, and acts of God or cancellation of the venue by the venue provider, We will refund You registration fees upon written request from the Registrant.

We will refund You no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the request and the authenticity of that request is verified to be valid. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the registration, and You will not incur any fees for such a refund.
